Wireless Adapter Card Not Recognized

:confused:My Netgear Wg311 V.3 Network Adapter's hardware will not install. The system is not recognizing it. It's fully plugged in and the drivers are installed. I have done every thing the directions have told me so i'm about ready to give up. So if you can help out that would be wonderful!:confused:

1st thing I will do in this case is to call Helpdesk because they might have solved this problem quite a few number of times.
