Would these work with each other?

First of all. Hello there dear friends =]
This is my first thread on this forum, therefore I feel like a warm greeting would be necessary :)
I know it is not right to ask for a favour, since i am just a newbie, but i hope some will spare a moment or two.

Let's get to it.

I am planning on getting a new PC.
However instead of buying a pre-build, standard PC, I figured it would be fun to make my own.
This is the first time I am trying to do this.
Now, I made a list of components I have looked up on the web.
Would someone be so kinds and check if this is all i require?
Maybe i missed something?
Maybe you happen to have a better solution or a better component I might use.
This set up is worth around 450 GBP, which is around 720 USD.
I would appreciate if we could keep the price under 500 GBP (800USD).
I am waiting for your suggestions and opinions.

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V LX ATX LGA1155 Socket Intel Z68 Core i5 i3 i7
Supports: 32 GB of 1600MHz DDR3 RAM

Processor: Intel Core i5 2500K 3.3GHz

Graphics Card: 1GB XFX AMD Radeon HD 6770

RAM Memory: 2x4GB 1600MHz Non-ECC Kingston HyperX

Sound Card: I just realised that on board sound card would not be enough for me. I just bough a pair of Dr. Dre Studio Headphones and would love to be able to use them to the maximum. What sound card would be appropriate ?

DVD Drive: Lite-On

Power Supply: Alpine 650W 120 mm

Cooling: 80 mm 4-pin CPU Fan

HDD: Western Digital 3.5'' 640GB SATA

and a case (compatible with motherboard (ATX and size wise) - I have checked) =]

The only thing i am not sure about is the power supply.
Is 650W enough for these components?

Thank you for your time. :)

Hi was looking at your build, and most of it looks good. What are you planning to use this computer for? Gaming, media editing... This way I can help you better.
