yes that motherboard will run two 4890's Crossfire but in first gen x16 mode and x8 mode. I would upgrade the psu to 1000w.
 
Are you kidding? 1000 watts your insane, I would not test it running it seeing how its not a high end PSU and its running a high end video cards and CPU.

I would say get a corsair tx750 or 850. Or pc power and cooling 750
 
No im not insane. I always advise people to use higher than recommended power supply units. so it doesn't stress and fail as quick. Also so it's future proof for more power demanding hardware.
