generally no, but you could use something like bluetooth, but you'll probably need a dongle plugged into the USB port on your laptop unless your laptop has some kind of wireless adapter built in, it would be helpful to have more specs (detailed please) on your laptop

Well, It is a Dell E1505 with wireless capabilities. It has a 2GHz duo processor w/ 2Gb memory. I dont want to have something sticking out of the USB port.

well if its got wireless capabilites, did you pay extra for the Optional: Dell TrueMobile 350 (2.0 + Enhanced Data Rate) internal Bluetooth module, if not you don't have a choice about having something sticking out of the USB port

so [link=http://www.dell.com/content/products/features.aspx/entnb_e1505?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs]<<<This>>>[/link] is your laptop. It has an internal bluetooth card.........Which means you can go for a bluetooth mouse and keyboard.

Edit: If you click on the customized button, just look under "Additional Bluetooth Accessories". There is one option of "Logitech V270 Cordless Optical Bluetooth Notebook Mouse - Silver [$50 or $2/month2]".
