KyraSkye tried to PM me, and apparently received a responce saying that i didn't want to receive PM's, but PM's are enabled, look

 

I tried to pm you a few weeks ago, and got the same error.

 

YGPM for testing. It seems to work, but being an admin, you should get it, even if your inbox were full. The permissions on both your ends looks fine.

Are you able to send a PM to them?
