Today i installed vista ultimate (x86),

The installation went fine, the OS started up, and it looked very nice, until i wanted to connect to the internet...
I checked the device mananger and all network devices on a pci bridge had the same error report:

    Error 12: not enough resources.

I tried disabling all the ones i didn't need, cause i only need the Ricoh pcmia adapter for my wireless connection. that didnt help
Then i tried updating my bios, updating my chipset, move the cardbus to another pcislot, all without succes.

    this is my system:

    - Asus A8N SLI Deluxe
    - AMD Athlon 64 3500+
    - 1 gig memory
    - Geforce 6600GT

    hope someone can help me

That device might not be compatible with Vista (not supported).

Did you disable them in BIOS or Device Manager? Is the Computer type set as an ACPI Uniprocessor configuration in Device Manger? You also might want to reference the motherboard manual and check for IRQ assignments.
