Hi Rick, Welcome to HWF. In regards to your issue, it looks like you're coming from an AOL proxy IP. This means you are sharing the same address as many, many people (maybe hundreds of thousands). Likely somebody else using the same proxy was banned in the past, and that's causing trouble for you now. I'm surprised you haven't had similar trouble on many other sites before. Is there another Internet connection you can make use of? Best regards, -AT
