New Parts, Computer won't start. :(

I got a new GPU (2GB radeon hd 6970) and a Corsair 600W power supply to handle the load but after installation the computer wouldn't start. The power button would pvcassiony light up along with a single
Orange light on the motherboard. Any ideas as to what is causing this?!
 
First check all your wiring on the front panel of the motherboard..Are ALL parts new ? IS the hard drive a SATA or IDE ??? This can be a problem, you will have to test each peace of hardware one by one..

^^^Agreed^^^Always check your wiring, and make sure that everything is seeded properly. Check to make sure your RAM is in right, check if it is dual channel.
