no it does flicker on and off , ie the contrast changes from blue to red in the middle box , the monitor has only 5 buttons , 4 in the middle , exit , 2 others and menu , then a power button to the right , the power button is working but the other 4 buttons are unresponsive , can i change...

thanks , its a crt , that's annoying , looks like i will have to replace it then ? can't wait weeks , use it every day ! struggling on with it today !

hi , thanks for the reply , so should i unplug the power lead and unplug the other lead too for a good while ? how long would be enough for it to run down ? sadly the monitor wont be in warranty , would the regcure help ? many thanks
