Nevermind the above, I perused the stickys and now feel like a smacktard for not having done so beforehand.
(And for those who are wondering the same thing, 95 celcius is max operating temperature.)

I picked up a few boards recently(Gigabite GA-7DPXDW's with AMD MP processors), and the two I tested insofar seem to be running 60 celcius (each CPU) at boot into bios. Now, I don't think that's normal. Also, cpu0 heats up faster than cpu1 on the test boards, which suggests a bios multithreading...
