This sounds like a definite power supply/electrical problem. Try and plug your PC to another socket or add a UPS.

It seems you have a memory problem. Virtual memory is too low. You can try and install additional RAM or first try and clean up your system to free more space, i.e. defragment, delete temporary internet files etc.

It seems that the power supply needs changing.

In the first instance it seems that it was a power supply problem. ALso it is advisable to check RAM compatibility with your system (you can do this online) before replacing or adding new RAM.

Do you hear any beeps at all when you turn your pc on?

Did you troubleshoot the device (i.e. the mouse)?
