I have a computer which I know for a fact has USB2.0 capable ports on it. The motherboard box, website, manual, etc. all confirm it. That's not my problem. The problem is that I have installed Windows Service Pack 2 from CD (no Windows Updates) and I don't think I got the proper drivers...
