    Hi people,

I've a quite strange hardware problem on my system.

After reboot system becomes quite unstable, so in windows i usually get a blue screen of the death. If the system survives about 24h to 48h running, it becomes stable.

It's not a software issue since i've reinstalled XP, and have also the same trouble on Linux (Ubuntu).

Memory test (with memtests) says no problem. And video card changed and problem persists.

    Thanks for any help.

What's the specs of this system, including power supply?

Have you checked your CPU temps?

Getting a BSOD automatically tells me it isnt a software problem... Memory is usually the thing id look at but youve already mem tested.
Have you overclocked, overclocking too far gives you BSODS, check your pc's temps using Motherboard Monitor 5, even if its only your GFX card youve over clocked it will still BSOD if it cant handle the clock...
Make sure that if youve installed any new hardware at all that the drivers used are the latest, i have a camcorder, installed the drivers and got a BSOD that i couldnt fix without a format.
Hope some of these ideas help
