    Hi!

Well, I have a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-111D and I cannot record CD nor DVD using programs like Nero, CDBurnerXP Pro, ImgBurn or Burn4Free…

The peculiar thing is that I can record only CD using native burner of Windows (that unfortunately does not record DVD).

The problem is that burn is stopped near 10% and 20%, and along with, Windows, reason why I must irremediably reinitiate.

    Some idea, please! T_T

If more information is needed, tell me.

Recently I updated firmware to 1.29.

    bye!

Make sure that DVD-RW is connected correctly. If you are using Nero 7 then don't. I've had problems with Nero 7 so I downgraded to Nero 6 which works fine on XP Pro. If this fails then you can always download free trial versions of DVD Burners to see if any of these work such as, DVD-cloner, CD/DVD Burner, Oront Burning Kit. If this also fails then there might be a problem with the DVD Drive. You can pick them up for about £20 GBP, 122 Argentine pesos

What brand of media do you use? I've found out that using cheap media has caused problems with various brands of burners. I use TDK and Sony media with no problems. I've run into trouble with Imation and Memorex brands.
