Hi I have carried out memtests and prime95 tests for days but didnt find any hardware problems. however these bsods keep comming with new errors. this time its due to csrss & also due to my firewall but i have just bought the new version Outpost Firewall Pro ver. 4.0.1007.7323 (591) and it still giving me the error,
Update all the drivers nd patches in ur computer.... Open InternetExplorer > Tools > Windows Update... Select Custom button so u can uncheck those which u dnt want(like IE7 or smthing), there is an option for Hardwar updates on the left hand side as well...check nd see if there is any hardware update available aswell... Download them nd see if it goes~!
Okay, we are going to need a little more information first and the best place to start looking for it is in the Windows Event Viewer. I am assuming you know where the Event Viewer is, so just copy and paste and few of the error and warning messages in the System and Application logs in your next post.
This problem is hardware related, or more specifically, I think your hard drive is misbehaving. There are many NTFS related issues in the Event Viewer, mostly failure to write information. Verify that your hard drive is OK by running chkdsk, then get back to me.
I did the chkdsk /f didnt find any errors. I still see errors regarding dcom & service control manager in system log.
