How to lock USB Pen Drive Permanently

    Can anyone tell me how to lock usb pen drive permanently if any user attaches it to my computer...

    go to device manager... Double click on the the USB's in there and disable them. ..or u can disable them from BIOS as well..

    Edit: This will not only stop the USB MemSticks but the USB port as well.

    Well i know about Device Manager can ,i do it with some software encryption ??? Well it is like USB pen drives are not allowed in companies were Designing is done and anyone using it illegally without the notice of Administrator it should get blocked itself when it is attached to the system ..as locking it from Bios or Device Manager will block the whole USB port , that should not happen ... Can anyone please help me out..

    This might help you...RightClick_MyComputer > Manage > ServicesAndApplications > Services

    Stop this service and see if it does ur work...
