I'm having trouble connecting to Belkin wireless router via ethernet cable. It works fine with a Compact laptop but not with Dell desktop or laptop, I've checked device manager and everything is working but no lights on router or network port. I'm running xp home edition. Can any one help, please?

it connects perfectly via wireless with each computer but only wired with the Compact. I've connected to each port Separately with all three computers and only the compact responds.

Have you tried changing the cable of the PC? Check the ethernet card aswell.
