I was wondering if anyone could answer some questions about TV tuners. I'm thinking about getting an ATi TV tuner for my PC but I'm not sure if it will do what I want it to. I have a Comcast digital cable subscription, and from it I can order movies and such things through the companies "On Demand" service. I was just wondering if it is possible to get access to all their On Demand media with just a TV tuner, or am I going to need to buy something like the ATi TV Wonder Digital Cable tuner in addition to a regular TV tuner?
Well, it really comes down to the Software, i would invest in some nice software, and then after that set-up, which takes some real patience, as there is a lot of messing around. On that, makes sure to get a tuner that accept High def, digital signals, they are more expensive, but you'll be able to capture HD video.
