I installed my OS and fixed it once already. The OS crashed again. Now it freezes when my computer tries to load up XP and it freezes on the intalizing screen. when i try to fix the software by cd through my BIOS the computer freezes on "SETUP IS TRYING TO LOAD WINDOWS" and does not move. DOES anyone have suggestions? If so they would be very helpful. Thankyou.

Make the RAM testing highest priority - and use not only memtest. Burn a Hirens Boot CD - it usually has around three RAM testing tools.

NOTE: i tested a computer with 4 tools (suspecting that the RAMs faulty) and only the fourth uncovered that the memory is bad.
