Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I think this counts as networking. I'm sure the mods will move it if it's wrong. Anyways... Now that Sunrocket is officially dead, I can't for the life of me get our new Packet8 system working. Seriously, we've been without phone for a week now. Here's the things I need to connect: FIOS Port FIOS Router Packet8 Router 1 Wired computer As it is now, I have the FIOS port plugged into the main 100/10 port (the white one) on the FIOS Router. I have the wired computer plugged into the second 100/10 port (yellow). Our wireless network and wired internet works fine. From there, I have the 3rd wired port (yellow) going to the WAN port on the Packet8 router. The phone doesn't work. I've tried power cycling everything. What am I doing wrong? How can I make everything work?
