Like it have issues detecting motion of my mouse / keyboard or something like that. * Monitor connected to the display adapter through DVI cable. * I hade the same problem with my old pc (Pentium 4 2ghz, display agp 4x ati radon 6900 128mb), so I don't think it's something with my pc hardware. * Got to mention the screen don't have any other issues, working smoothly beside this one.
well, if its the monitor thats causing the problem there isn't really any solution, but an option would be to turn off sleep mode in windows.
well, if you want to know, take it in to an electronics repair shop, or a TV repair shop, they'll be able to tell you what was broken, and most likely replace it. ---edit--- Just thought of this, but it might not be a plug and play monitor, so you might have to find drivers for it, or an install disk, or something related.
well some resolutions on small response times (higher frequencies) can cause that if you are not using the specified rates on the manual try lowering the response time to 12ms (app. 75hz) and try again by the way wide screen have these kinds of problems much more compared to 16:9 square panels
I use max resolution 1280 x 1024, and when using max resolution I only can set the screen refresh rate to 60 hertz, only when set resolution to 1024 x 768 (or lower) I can set refresh rate to 70 and 75 hertz as well, but then everything look too big and unsmoth, I'll try to find Proview drivers to this LCD but I don't think there is, I will also try to update my display drivers and see if it changes something. I'll post here the result, again thanks you all. * forgot to mention this LCD screen got 8ms response time.
