    Please Help Me Out, How Can I Check To See What Port Number Im Using And How Do I Open That Port? (I Know It's Risky But I Have My Own Reasons)

    it depends. If you have a router, look into the manual for the ip address of it (try 192.168.0.1, they differ from brand to brand) but if you dont have a router, look for your modem's manual and find the ip address for the modem. Then look for the section called either Virtual Server or Port Forwarding.

    Im Using ADSL Connection With DHCP, So I Don't Know If Or Not My IP Address Changes From Time To Time.

    no not your WAN IP, your Local LAN ip for your router or modem, that's how you access the control panel.

    Now I Have A Better Understanding! Ports Are Numbers From Outside That Allow Programs To Communicate With Your Connection.

    not just programs, people too! eg. bittorrent
