Help with nvidia 8600 GT

hi there ...
can anyone help with these .., i have nvidia 8600 GT graphic card in ASUS motherboard , in 21 inch CRT monitor .A while ago my little brother "experiments" with PC and he put out my graphic card and test some other (a think it was 7300 GT) , anyway , after testing he put back my 8600 GT but maybe (i think so..) not properly , it was not milimetrical exact to the spot ( maybe a 1 mm diagonaly )..Anyway , after that i install card properly but now my screen look like a booble in the left side , is not simetrical , not geometricly adjust .I try everything but no result.. Is that posible that my card or motherboard i damaged?!? ...I have new driver , i try everything with on-monitor adjustment settings, also the graphic card looks ok ...

Uninstall your nvidia drivers and re-install them. More than likely this will fix your issue.

 

Try auto adjust if you have it with your CRT screen

 

try installing the 7300 LE again and see if you get the same issue, if you don't then it could be the card
