instalation problems

    I am trying to fix my mates computer and install Windows I am getting a message "NTLDR IS MISSING" "press Ctr+Alt+Del to restart". Could someone please help me resolve this issue

    I can access the BIOS but nothing else can you think of anyway to help me.
