Ok so I've been told its the power supply (480w alevia i believe) When i'm on a forum / pdf file / text heavy site or program and i scroll down fast (up and down) i can hear my fan (which is very loud) start to slow down almost to the point where it sounds like its gonna die. Now i do graphics on this pc and have gotten rid of games and stuff but when i had them, only recently did most of them not work. I use an 8800gtx and have never had trouble w/ my psu running enough power to it but if anyone knows the cause to this problem, plz lemme know cause if its the psu, i'll just simply buy a 700+ one. Just wondering if i'm the only one that has had this problem or if its common w/ small power supplys thanks -nick
