twinmos pen drive 4gb not formatted

i have twinmos 4gb pen drive, my pen drive problem is not formatted,no copy/paste & not rename. i m trying huse idea but i m failed, please any body solution how to formate my pen drive, thanks in advance.

 

If your using windows, Select computer icon on your Desktop (Or menu bar), Select your pen Drive icon, and right click on it, choose Format and follow the process

i trying more idea means open my computer select pen drive right clik format & failed formatting, cmd formatting, fat, fat32, & quick, desktop - my computer-right button-manage-disk management & try more option but im failed my pen drive formatting, so please any new idea & any formatting software or link. i think my pen drive is write protected, how to unprotected any software u know... thanks for your reply.

 

Does it have a flash card plugged in ?

Anyway, did you try to check out access attributes ? right click properties -> security and change to read write ...

Anayway, your pen drive seems to me as being broken, you know those kinda devices get corrupted easily...

try these low level hdd format tools

if still not working, try to get any manufactorer diagnostic tools...

Is there a write protect switch/button on the outside of the pen drive somewhere?
