I would like to change one thing. The video card. You have an Intel mobo, eith an intel CPU, and an ATI video card. It would be alot better to get an nVidia card. The 4890 will still work but not up to its full potential. I would suggest you get either a GTS 250, or a GTX 260. Everything else looks great, if you are doing any overclocking get a better RAM set, it will be worth the money.

Comparing a GTX260 vs a 4890 is like comparing a Lamborghini to a Ferrari. They are both quality, and they will server you well. I have used them both. And there is little to no difference. also in this case the gtx will out perform the 4890 because you have a board with an nvidia chipset.
