To the graphic artist which one is better Photoshop or Gimp? Which one is easier to use and which one helps to produce better quality art work.
I'm no graphics artist but the ones I know prefer Photoshop always. I'm forced to use Gimp at work due to no license, which is a shame!

Depends on a number of things but the main two I'd say are budget and user requirements. Although I find Gimp provides ample feature for making web banners, sigs etc Dave
