turn on motherboard without a switch!!!!!!!!!!

    i have intel nh82801gb motherboard........how can i turn it on without a switch.....plzz help!!!!!!!!

    Hi,

    You can try to make a connection on the system board between the 2 pins where the switch connects on the motherboard. User a flat head screwdriver and touch both of those pins at the same time with it to try and jump start it. This is essentially the same thing that the power switch on the pc does, making a connection between the 2 pins to signal the processor and powersupply to power on the system.

    Yeah.........i know that but i am unable to find that switch...i hav'nt connected any switch to this board b/c its new for me...if u can plz show me that switch using any image or can give any hints for those pins i mean any thing written around those pins.........plzzz help!!!!!!

    NH82801GB is NOT a mobo it is a chipset used by many manufacturers, now some software (Everest Home Edition) previously made by Lavalsys the home edition has being discontinued & they now concentrate on their corporate edition witch is now known as AIDA64, however you can still find the old home edition on various sites & mirrors, use it to discover the actual mobo manufacturer
