    Hi,
a while ago i bought the following PC:

    CPU : Intel® Core™ i7-2600K

    MOBO : Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD7
    RAM : Corsair Dominator DDR3 1600MHz 12GB
GRAPHIC CARD : MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti 1GB PhysX
    PSU : Corsair HX 850W
CASE : Antec LanBoy Air Midi Tower

It's kind of slow. And games lagg. Anyone know if some of the parts don't like each other? I run Windows 7 on a SSD harddrive, and I update my drivers weekly. Anyone have a theory why it's runnnig bad?
Thanks in advance for any help :)

    Hi,

Have you tried cleaning up temp files on the hard drive yet? Try running a program called CCleaner on it. It will show you temp files, temp internet files, and other files that are just taking up space and then can remove them for you. If hard drives get too full it can cause performance issues... though I dont have experience with a solid state drive so I'm not sure if it behaves the same as non SSD ones.

You may also want to check the temperatures inside the case, see if anything is overheating. Also, clean out any dust you find inside as that adds to the heat in the components which can cause stability issues. I would also run memtest86+ or the microsoft memory tested to see if any of the RAM is giving errors.

This is besides the point, but what do you think of the lanboy air case? I was thinking about getting it, but i'm worried about dust and durability. How long have you had it, and have you had any problems with it?

My first thought would be something is throttling due to heat. It can likely be resolved with a good cleaning.
