Or the NVIDIA Kepler when thats released.
Yep, good build. I would make a few slight changes though: consider a sata3 hard drive and take advantage of its speeds. And lastly, a modular psu might save you the cable mess inside your case
As the other guy said, get a sata3 6gb/s hard drive. also, this 750 watt PSU will just barely power dual 570's. I would go with a 850w + PSU.
