Is my pc is slower than it should be ?

    I'm just wondering what you guys thoughts are on my pc.I built it myself and I think I did a pretty good job on it.my core i7 idles at around 45c and my gtx 460 idles at about 50c.Most games run fine max settings but in particular League of Legends(LoL) gives me the most problems especially during 5v5 team fights.The fps drops down below 30.here is a link to my specs

    Make sure you've got the latest drivers for your graphics card and that the game is patched, it could be just the game though. I've never played that game but in my experience some games just run crap on some rigs, some are bad ports from consoles, one example is GTA IV.

    Also I'd recommend running CCleaner regular, this gets rid of all the junk files on your system as well as the registry.

    My PC is also very slow , while i'm using a good configuration, cnyone can plz suggest me what i can do for it.
    my system is vitus free but what is the problem with it , ican not solve the problem..............
