Hi guys need help on getting a new video card as an upgrade from my GeForce 9500GT , I play casual games and I'm aiming to get med to high settings not Ultra with AA. I'm not planning to get those high end cards because my pc is not that good. Here are my specs:

    Processor: Pentium(R) Dual Core E5200 @2.5ghz
    RAM: 2GB DDR2
    PC2-6400 400MB/sec

    Motherboard Name: MS-7525 BostonL-GL6
    PCI One (One available)

    PCI Express x16
    One (One available)
PCI Express x1 Two (One available)

    PSU: 250W
    Resolution 1600x900
    Current GPU: Nvidia Geforce 9500GT

I'm not planning to upgrade my PSU so any upgrade from my 9500GT will work as long as there is noticeable change from my current GPU. I prefer Nvidia cards but any recommendations will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Ummm...yeah, unless you plan on going with a low-end card (and even then), that 250W is simply not going to cut it. It probably won't even make minimum requirements. Unless you're willing to upgrade the power supply, you're only asking for trouble. It's kinda like hooking up a semi-trailer to a Yugo and having it haul the thing--it's not going to work, and if it does, it won't be pretty.
