I just got a new computer which is primarily for gaming, HD video watching, audio recording, etc. (multimedia machine). I'm looking for a monitor in the $150-$250 price range, maybe 20-22 inches, high pixel density, and of course 1920 x 1080. I've looked on sites like Newegg and TigerDirect but monitors is one of the areas in which I lack expertise so I want to make sure I'm getting the right product before I make a purchase. If anyone here has any recommendations that would be greatly appreciated. I tried out a lower price range monitor (Acer G215HV) and wasn't very impressed with it.
I would look at Samsung or ViewSonic or even HP Monitors.. here is a Samsung.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001546
