hardware monitor error

    I just got my computer built about a 2 months ago. I just recently got a hardware monitor found an error at boot-up. When I checkout the hardware monitor I see the Vcore Voltage is in red at .30V, also my cpu temp is at 56c/132f. The only thing i've put into my computer recently is sound card.
    Any tips would be appreciated.

    The computer works fine.

    Amd AthlonXP 2200
    768 mb of ram
    ati radeon 9600 xt
    Asus a7v8x-x
    sound blasterl ive 24bit audio card
