I've just ordered me one of these beasts, looking very, very nice. 1600DPI, 5.8Mbps data transfer speed. Cost £35 from play.com as opposed to over 60 on other sites. It's a lot for a mouse, admittedly. I'll post a review when I get it.
yeh thats what i was thinking improve my fragging... better be worth the cash. although im told the microsoft wireless are well over £100? and the performance difference is about the same as price, but in the opposite direction.
Nice one dude, though I don't notice any jitter or lag with mine at only 850dpi so I'm not complaining. I just don't know what it would be like to double the dpi, blows my mind.
came today it looks so lush, but goddamn is it sensitive. i'm gonna have to practice with this just to move in a straight line.. aim hasnt improved noticeable yet, but who knows... probably too sensitive and be a waste of money :x:
well i bought 1 because my friend asked to order him one, and when i saw it i was like "omg thats lush", so i got one as well. thing is my mate goes to lan parties and stuff, whereas i dont, so he's "more pro" and can probably handle the sensitivitiy. if i so much as nudge it it will fly off to the edge of the screen..needs some tweaking i think
yea, that can't be right, there must be some utility that came with it, otherwise you may regret it. Still I'll bet you'll get used to it eventually.
what sensitivity do you use in counterstrike? I believe the increments are the same from 1.6 to source, I use mouse filtering and 5.5 sensitivity
