I stated before on a welcoming thread that I saw HF in a magazine, and yes it is true, and I will provide pictures ASAP, it was in the January Issue of PC answers 2005, and I believe its what drove me to join, their website has no detail over that article so i must take a few pics myself and put them in soon, ill write out the short article though.. "Hardware forums is a friendly online community for anyone who needs help with their computer system. The site states that everyone is treated equally, weather you're a newbie, or an expert, so its well worth a visit." Then they provide some pictures, and its considered the top resource for hardware problems, as its on the top under "The top resources on the web to help you solve your problems" :good: :good: :good: :good: :good: others beneath it include http://pinouts.ru (detailed information of every connection in your pc) www.7volts.com (dedicated to modifications and enhancement, the owner has a copy of DOS1, yes that obsessed) www.rojakpot.com (they have a very nice bios optimization guide)
Haha good work guys, and gals. Getting some publicity from a magazine to an online forum is pretty cool since there are thousands.
Wow, that so rocks, go HWF! Hope I can spot a pic in one of my mags, though I haven't even seen a Overclockers add in those. Then again I don't really like Overclockers, there's so many threads and members, and repeat threads, and rules, and it's just insane, you post something that sounds unique and then someone tells you that it's a really common problem and they tell you not to post things that have already been posted so you have to look back 20 pages just to find it. You've gotta love HF for it's "small town" atmosphere too.:good:
