Geforce2 MX seems to be on its Last Legs

    Good news, I bought myself a radeon 9250 for $59. Installation was a breeze and so far there hasnt been any problems. The previous problems were definitely caused by the old vid card since they are no more.

    I tested out Call of Duty and there seemed to be a bit of an improvement over what I used to have (even after it defaulted to highest settings). I played some counterstrike and instead of the usual 30-60 fps its 70-99.

    None really that I could see anywhere in shops or in ads. This one should do the job just fine.

    I had a GeForce II mx 400, before i upgraded to a fx 5700 for only $69

    yup, it was a very good, very cheap upgrade for the budget gamer!
