I was unable to play a dvd on my machine and was told that I prob needed Gordian codecs. I downloaded these and the dvd play great. The next time I tried to play the dvd a windows caption said that it had disabled these codecs. Is there any way round this please. Thanks

hi, yes I saved the codecs. The problem seems to be that the Windows caption said something like " illegal or unverified " before it said that it was going to disable the codecs. I have since downloaded the codecs again, but no change. I suspect that a recent Windows update is the problem. Does this help you ?

Did that Addis. Still the same problem. I need to somehow stop Windows disabling the Gordian Codecs. It might be a piracy thing ???
