Does anyone have any suggestions for a s370 motherboard that has a max cpu speed of at least 1.2ghz with fsb being 100mhz? I need to find a mobo that will fit my compaq deskpro case and that will run off the power supply i'm currently using for my slot 1 550mhz pentium 3 cpu.

any suggestions would be greatly apretiated.

You also need to acertain what form factor your board is.
    ATX, SFF etc.

There are some out there..... I have seen them :p

My dad's been running the Asus TUSL2-C with a Celeron 1.2GHz in it for a few years. Still running like a champ. It's not the only one, but it's the first one I can think of. Anything with the Intel i815E chipset should support a Celeron/Pentium III with the Tualtin core (like your CPU).

Depending on the quality, I'd say you might be okay. If not, any solid 300W unit should sufficiently power a rig with that CPU in it.
