Man is that awesome, yeah looks like you'll need a BIOS update for the Premium, though 5GHz would be pretty nice, you could post that on other sights and claim you performed a record OC...

RESULT! You got 2 cards instead of one! Nice. Yeah get the management inside you're case sorted so things don't get too messy, although I can't really shout about tidy cases, mine has so many wires it's like spaghetty junction.

Thats all fine and well, but, where is the other 7800? I only see one. Am I missing something very very obvious? And also, it can't be good to have your mobo think you're running at 5005 MHz. Its probably gonna piss itself or something.

    Good point Max!
Why would you only use one GTX instead of two?

Hee hee.... 5ghz. It just thinks it is. Its wrong trust me. CPU is a 4400 underclocked* to 2.25 ghz... X2 = 5ghz. (*dont be angry. just to sort system stability with RAM CMD rate 1. Ill sort it out soon. Managed a 2.6 without crashing... too much. Itl go back to that once stability is good)

And as for the GTX... Weeellll. I took the photos before I checked the invoice to make sure they had it wrong. I still dont have the card in for the reason that I cannot find anything it wont run amazingly at full spec with 1 GTX. Admitedly it gets a bit toasty sometimes, but Ill get a VGA adaptor for the Swiftech H20. Thinking I might just sell the 2nd to re-coup some losses on over spending. K?

No, I realize that it is not literally running at 5 GHz. That would be *impossible*, even to those crazy Norwegian people. But still, I wouldn't think it could be good to have your motherboard to think it's running at 5 GHz. Just doesn't sound healthy.

I dont' think there's any harm in thinking that, so long as there's not an issue of heat it's not a problem, the BIOS isn't going to do anything you don't tell it to so you're all set, with or without a BIOS update though it's always recommended to do the later of the two anyway. Sucks you didn't get you're 2nd GTX yet, but yeah selling it would be a good plan as you did overshoot the budget by a wee bit and you're system is already kick butt material anyway.

I do actually have the 2nd GTX, and would put it in, just for the hell of it, but I wanna keep it sealed. I would take a picture to prove the point (2 boxes) but... ****ing BT, my ADSL is down. Am using college computers. Talk about Dinosaur...
