You havnt explained WHY you need to remove the password, and who does the computer belong to?

Im guessing you have a valid reason to get onto that computer (such as homework!) or that you know your dad wouldnt mid. so...

Ive had a quick look at the "Rules and privacy policy" and there doens seem to be anything about telling people how to get into windows (as long as it doesnt involve warez or illegal apps)

turn off the computer and push and hold F8 when you turn it back on
select safe mode from the list of options that will appear (when windoze loads)
let windoze boot up (there will be alot of text appear on the screen)
hopefully, there wont be a password on the administrator account
    log into the administrator account
go into controll panel and select user's
    create another account.
reboot the computer (not in safe mode) and log into the account you created

If that doesnt work, why dont you just call him?

Ps most windoze computers dont have passwords on the administrator account, pointless really.

If the Administrator's account is password protected, you will still be asked for a password in safe mode.

That is another terrible Windows security flaw! Most people forget to set a password on the adminstrator's account!

Assuming you are using Windows XP. You need to enter the 'Users' applet in the control panel. Select 'Change the way users log on & off', and then select 'classic - users must enter a user name and password'.

All you need to do then is log off, enter 'Administrator' into the username box, and press enter. This will give you access to the administrator's account assuming it is not password protected.

Try NT Password Changer. Just blank the administrator password and you should be in business.
