Reg Cleaner

    pls help. I cant find a free registry cleaner. there only seems to be one that have to be bought. They are realy expensive. Pls post a link or two if you know of any free Registry Cleaners.

    Crap Cleaner has this feature http://www.ccleaner.com/ when you load the program go to "issues" it should sort most if not all the problems.

    CCleaner is the best thing since slice bread :)

    However, for a really indepth spring clean, you should look at Tune-Up Utilities 2006. It's not free i'm afraid, but it's well worth the money

    Having tested both, Tuneup and CC performed the same when cleaning the registry.

    Cleaning with CC, Tuneup could not find any issues, same the other way around.

    Yeah tuneup Utilities is a great app, it does so much more than just clean your registry. It really optimizes every part of your OS and lets you tinker with anthing from internet bandwidth allocation to startup items. Free 30day trial is a bit of a letdown but it should help you for that time at least.
