Card Queston

    I was thnking about getting the nvida 7900gtx but should i wait till they come out with dx 10 capable video cards or go ahead and get the 7900.

    any advice would be much apreciated

    Well, that all depends on you. If you absolutely abhor playing games on your current card then buy the new card. However, keep in mind that it'll be a while before directx 10 games come out, and you'll have to buy windows Vista along with the new graphics card in order to play the aforementioned games. If the card is to play the current games, directx 10 won't make a difference. I have a 7800GT and i'm very satisfied with it. Thats what i think, what do the rest of you guys feel??

    there have been rumours that dx 10 games will NOT be backward compatible with previous direct x games. so i would go for that card and enjoy it while it lasts if the rumours are true.
