Why is it so? Yea! thats right dx2200 has got 800MHz FSB but I dont thik so that will boost up the cost of this product this much. Edit: Costs are in NZD
There could be a great number of possible explanations for your question. One major one being the actual cost to build the PC. If they can make it cheaper they can sell it cheaper. Different companies have varying production costs of their units.
The Acer uses slower DDR2 RAM than the HP. Additionally, HP is a bigger name than Acer, coupled with some really poor products in Acer's past. However, I haven't heard about problems in the current day.
I've worked on a handful of new Acer laptops and I have to say they're pretty much up to par with competing manufacturers in terms of price and functionality. Then again, they're not desktops so I could be wrong.
what actually happened is that by mistake I've told that HPdc7600 model is cheaper than sk30 model of Acer but after finishing my call, I found that HP model didnt had a LCD monitore included in it. So, I thought may be there is big difference which I might not able to understand so I posted this over here. I think now I have no choice exept calling her and tell her that I was wrong and didnt see that there is no LCD monitor included in it. Thanks for the replies guys~!
