separate audio from video

    i want to take the audio from this video file, how would i go about that

    Run Windows Sound Recorder together with your Video File.

    It will depend on the file type you choose and the quality of Audio in your Video file....
    There must of heaps of sound recorder softwares available in the market.. Look at Freeware Home - Ultimate Collection of Free Software site and see if you get your match.

    sweet thanks, i'll do that, and yeah tried sound recorder, it didn't really work at all

    no found some good stuff it worked sweet, audacity, mp3dcut, and one other one i actually can't find on my computer at the momeny anyways thanks again.
