Building New RiG

    Hey Again Computer Guys... IM building yet another rig.... i'd like any input or suggestions on this one.....

    Apevia Case
    Seagate 320GB HDD
    Corsair Xm52 2GB
    Intel Mobo Socket T
    FSP Group 700W PSU
    Intel Core 2 DUo E6700 Conroe 2.66GHZ
    Nvidia GeForce 7Series Card (Most Likely 2 7900GTX's In SLI)
    Creative Soundblaster Audiology...


    Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.....
    (I'm building this rig for my brother and the hardware he sought after is what I posted, but he and I are both open to suggestions, and concerns....)

    You might want to consider going with the E6600 instead of the E6700. I was told the performance gap between the E6400/E6600 is greater than than the gap between the E6600/E6700. However the price gap is smaller between the E6400/E6600 than the one between the E6600/E6700.

    ok, we're going ahead with the E6600....

    and decided w/ the 7900GT or possible GTX not sure which yet....

    and any opinions on a MOBO... the one my brother selected only had a single PCI-E slot..... we wuill need two for SLI

    Asus P5NSLI based on the nForce 570 SLI. They also have an SE edition of their NForce 4 SLI x16 board that would work too. Off-hand, I think they're the only Intel-based boards that offer SLI support.

    Awesome thanks for the find Big B.... and as far as a case I have a Lan-Li (sp) was wondering if there were any other cases with similar structure (clear window, sliding mobo tray), etc.... and as many if not more fans around the same price.....
