When u r speding this much then y not to go with the latest technology for future expandability?? AM2's are not much expensive then 939's...

Anyways, for your current system you can get any [link=http://www.hardwareforums.com/power-supply-sticky-5218/]good company power supply[/link] of 500W or more...

I'd budget between $80-120 (more doesn't hurt) to get a good range of PSU's.

Off the top of my head any of the following will do the job in that price range:

    Antec TruePower TPII-550 (550W)
Enermax EG565P-VE (535W, and what I use in my main box)
    Tagan TG-480-U22 (480W)
    OCZ Powerstream 520 (520W)
    Fortron/FSP Group AX-500 "Blue Storm" (500W)
    Hiper Type-R 580 (580W, modular)
    Hiper Type-M 580 (580W)

Also, take a look at either Silverstone or Seasonic (specifically the S12 line if you're into low-noise) with 500W or more.
