motherboard ECS kt400

    i have probably a stupid question, it is possible or not (i think NOT) that a virus or a worm,trojan etc can disable my LAN in the BIOS, { i have an ECS motherboard with kt400 chipset (i don't know the bios version :( ) } or it is a bad joke of a "friend of mine" who put disable manually in the bios.

    Have u checkd ur connection in your network connections??? you can see them in your control panel.... Jst need to right click and enable!

    i am not that stupid (of course I checked). after I gave enable it seems it's working OK

    Hehe, it seems funny when somebody tells us which we know already but hey does he knows that u already know about this....... U didnt mentioned that... Anyways

    Well! if thats the case then its not disabled from your BIOS....
    Can you explain what actually happens??
