    Intel Pentium will make almost any graphics card bottlenecked. You really should buy worse graphics and better CPU.

    FX-8300 is best FX, because it is lowest price eight-core, has not so high TDP (95W) and can be overclocked to 4,2 GHz. It is much better than 6300. Also don't forget to buy good cooler and thermal paste, because FX generates lot of heat.

    Ryzen 7 1800x is really not worth it, 1700 can be boosted to 4 GHz, the same as 1800x, it only doesn't have automatic overclocking and has lower base frequency. 2 GTX 960 are really good, you should upgrade only if they are not enough for you.
